The culmination of many years working in different restaurants, travelling around the globe, exploring new techniques, flavours and cultures has driven us to create an unforgettable service to be enjoyed in the privacy of your home, yacht or hired venue.

We will work with you to design a custom menu and together create a uniquely tailored dining experience suited for your individual requirements. From a traditional Mediterranean style long lunch to creative tapas, canapes, a six to twelve course fine dining degustation or perhaps an authentic asado/BBQ style dinner.

To compliment our private chef and boutique catering services, we also have a professional wine sommelier among our team with significant local and international viticulture knowledge.

We can also arrange premium transportation and exquisite accommodation for those visiting Waiheke Island for a few days.
